You’re on the job. Who’s running the business?
Set up Meta’s Muse as your AI chief of staff. It learns your business, checks your follow-ups every morning, and drafts your week’s content for your approval, so nothing important slips while you’re working.
No tech skills needed. No content days. No more “I meant to call them back.”
- Start any time
- 20 templates included
- Under 30 minutes a day
- Built for 1 to 10 staff
Your morning briefing
Prepared by Muse · Ready before your first job
Needs your attention
- 2 quotes from last week still waiting on a follow-up
- 3 new inquiries from yesterday, replies drafted in your voice
- 4 jobs today, the first one starts at 8:30
Drafts waiting for your approval
Reply to a new inquiryFast, human-sounding, with a clear next step
Quote follow-up, day 3For the quote that’s gone quiet
This week’s first postFrom yesterday’s job and a fresh review
Nothing here sends itself. Try it: approve the drafts. That’s how the system you build works.
An example of the morning briefing you set up in Module 3.
Muse drafts. You approve.
Muse can act on its own. In Module 0 you set it to ask first, every time. Nothing is sent, posted, booked, or paid until you say yes.
The problem
You didn’t start your business to sit at a desk.
But that’s where the work piles up. You know what to do. You’re just on a job, in a truck, with a client, or on the phone. By the time you get back to the desk, the day is gone.
- The inquiry you meant to answer, answered by a competitor first.
- The quote you meant to chase. It went quiet, and so did the customer.
- The post you meant to write. Another week with nothing going out.
- The invoice you meant to send. Money earned, sitting uncollected.
Most AI courses don’t fix this. They teach you prompts. They don’t give you a system that runs while you’re working. This one does.
What you walk away with
Muse, running as your chief of staff
A working system built on your real business. Four routines, and they keep running after you finish the course.
A morning briefing that catches what would slip
What’s overdue, who needs a reply, and what’s on today, in about 10 minutes, pulled from your Gmail and calendar.
Module 3A follow-up system that never misses a lead
New inquiries, quotes, and no-shows get a fast reply and a 3-touch follow-up, saved as drafts for you to send.
Module 4A week of content in about an hour
One job, one review, or one customer question becomes the week’s posts, drafted by Muse and approved by you in one sitting.
Module 5An admin routine that stops the pile-up
Inbox triage, invoice reminders, a simple lead tracker, and a monthly reset that keeps Muse’s settings and your brief current.
Module 6Who this is for
Built for owners who do it all, because there’s nobody else to do it
This is for you if
- You run a service business with 1 to 10 staff, or work solo
- You do your own marketing, follow-up, and admin, or wish someone would
- You’re losing leads to slow replies and missed calls
- You know AI could help, but you don’t have time to figure it out alone
This is not for you if
- You want a list of 101 prompts with no system behind them
- You want AI to run your business without you checking it
- You already have a full marketing team doing all of this
- You’re outside the US and Canada, where Muse isn’t available yet
What’s inside
7 modules, a bonus library, and something built every time
Open a module to see its lessons. Every module ends with a working piece of your system and a “Set it up in Muse” step with prompts you copy and paste.
0Set Up Muse Safely Free
Get Muse, make it ask first, and know where the off switch is.
- Get Muse and check the basics
- Turn on “Always ask”
- Connect only what you need, read-only first
- Your first safe task, and how to switch it off
1Stop Typing, Start Delegating
Delegate one real task properly, and set the rule that keeps you in control.
- What Muse actually is: a chief of staff, not a chatbot
- The delegation formula: outcome, context, guardrails, deadline
- How to check AI work in 5 minutes, and what to correct
- What Muse should never do without your approval
2Teach It Your Business Once
So Muse stops asking you to re-explain yourself in every chat.
- The one-page business brief: services, prices, service area, voice, red lines
- Your customers, your offers, and your busy seasons
- Feeding it your real material: website, FAQs, past posts, price list
- How memory works, and how to correct it when it’s wrong
3The Morning Briefing
A 10-minute daily check that catches what would otherwise slip.
- What a good morning briefing looks like
- Overdue follow-ups, unanswered inquiries, today’s jobs and appointments
- Turning the briefing into a same-day action list
- Setting up a recurring morning check
4Never Miss a Lead Again
Every inquiry gets a fast, human-sounding reply and a next step.
- Where leads actually leak: missed calls, slow replies, no follow-up
- Drafting replies that sound like you, not like a robot
- The 3-touch follow-up: same day, next day, day 3
- Booking, rescheduling, and “how much does it cost?”
5A Week of Content in an Hour
A week’s posts drafted and approved, without a content day.
- Content owners actually need: proof, answers, offers, reminders
- Turning one job, one review, or one question into 3 posts
- Batching: draft 5 posts, approve in one sitting
- Reviews and reputation: asking, answering, and reusing them
6Money, Admin, and Staying in Control
Admin stops piling up, and you stay the decision-maker.
- Inbox triage: what to answer, delegate, or delete
- Invoices, reminders, and end-of-week money checks
- Reports that matter: leads, bookings, and revenue, not vanity stats
- Monthly reset: what to keep, fix, or stop

Questions
Asked by owners like you
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can send a text and run your business, you can do this. Every lesson is in plain English, and every Muse step comes with a prompt you copy and paste.
Will Muse send things to my customers without me checking?
Not if you set it up the way Module 0 shows. You set Muse to “Always ask,” so it stops and asks before it sends, posts, books, or pays. Meta also says nothing publishes, sends, or spends without your approval.
Is this made by Meta?
No. Muse is a product of Meta. This course is independently created by PiXENDA® and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
Do I need to pay for Muse?
No. Muse has a free plan with a weekly usage limit, and that’s enough for this course. Meta sells paid plans for more usage if you ever need them.
How much time does this take?
Under 30 minutes a day while you work through it: a 10 to 15 minute lesson and about 20 minutes of homework on your real business. Most owners finish the core course in about two weeks. After that, the morning briefing takes about 10 minutes and content about an hour a week.
What if I fall behind?
You can’t. There are no dates or deadlines. Your workbook and progress save as you go, so you pick up where you left off.
What’s the difference between Quick Start and Done With You?
Quick Start is a one-hour kickoff, not the full setup. On video with David, you set Muse to ask first, connect Gmail and your calendar read-only, and make a start on your business brief. Then you finish the rest yourself with the course.
Done With You is two 90-minute sessions. You fill in the business brief worksheet beforehand. In the first session you set up approvals and every connection. In the second, your brief goes into Muse and gets tested, and your morning briefing, reply drafts, and content prompts are running on your real inbox. Then you get two weeks of email support. Both include the full course.
Is this just for one kind of business?
It’s built for owner-operators in service businesses: home services, med spas, and local services first. The systems are the same; your business brief is what makes them yours.
What do I need to start?
A Meta account, a phone or computer, and your website or price list if you have one. Muse is available in the US and Canada, for people 18 and over.
Your next customer isn’t waiting for you to learn AI. They’re waiting for a reply.
Set up your chief of staff, and stop losing the work you’ve already earned.
